Location: Remote/Hybrid or Fort Collins
Schedule: 20 Hrs/Week

How you'll spend your time as a Project Manager:

• Coordinate all system building around state reporting
• Assist with the technical components of submitting reports
• Be the point person for internal/external stakeholder meetings
• Oversee planning to transition state reporting from clinical to operational teams
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports within contractual deadlines

Skills & experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 1+ year of project management experience in a non-profit setting
• 1+ year of experience with process improvement, risk management, status reporting, and communication
• Proven leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Project and MS Office Suite, with ability to learn new tools
• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience in healthcare services or with quality improvement programs
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Bilingual/bicultural abilities
