Pay Range: $36-$44/hour
Location: Remote/Hybrid or Fort Collins
Schedule: 20 Hrs/Week

How you’ll spend your time as a Project Manager:

  • Coordinate all the system building around state reporting.
  • Assist with the technical components of submitting reports.
  • Be the point person for internal/external stakeholder meetings.
  • Oversee planning to transition state reporting from clinical teams to operational teams.
  • Ensure monthly reports are submitted within contractual time frames.

Skills & experience we’d like you to have as a Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
  • 1+ year of project management experience in a non-profit setting.
  • 1+ year of experience with process improvement, risk management, status reporting, and communications.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership, team management and relationship building.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Project and other MS Office Products and the ability to learn new tools as needed.
  • Six Sigma Certified, preferred.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare service sector and/or experience with a recognized quality improvement program preferred.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional preferred.
  • Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.
