Job summary

Intermountain Health in Pahrump, NV seeks a Cardiology Physician to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality cardiovascular care and strong patient experience at the Pahrump Clinic.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, a $25,000 annual Hero Stipend, relocation up to $20,000, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance. Schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off.

• Residency training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Cardiology.

• Provide patient care at the Pahrump Clinic as part of a cardiology team.
• Collaborate with APPs, RNs and MAs to deliver comprehensive care.
• Contribute to clinic operations and patient experience within the community.

About this role

As a Cardiology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide patient care at our Pahrump Clinic where you will work to build a relationship within the community.

The position includes a sign-on bonus up to $30,000.00, annual Hero Stipend of $25,000.00, and a relocation allowance up to $20,000.00 if applicable.

Services provided on site: echocardiography, physical examinations, diagnosis, and care plans.

Your work schedule would be 4 ten-hour days Mon-Thurs. The clinic is closed on Fridays. Daily patient consensus is 20, patient population is adult only, predominantly 65 years and older.

You would join an established cardiology team, APPs, RNs, and MAs. Work-life balance through reasonable call, weekend, and rounding schedule.

What you’ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Cardiology.
• Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship accepted.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99.
