Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and presentation guidance.
• Ability to ensure merchandise presentation adheres to standards.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain required food handling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Non-Food Department and store when designated as Manager on Duty.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register; deposit money.
• Maintain financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Train and develop employees in collaboration with Store/Assistant Managers.
• Assist in stocking, presentation, and hourly recovery standards.
• Oversee scheduling coverage and work completion with associates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; minimize damages and markdowns; proper scanning and paperwork.
• Utilize fixtures for pricing, signage, and display; manage POG execution.
