Job summary

MAGMA is seeking a Non-Ferrous Application Engineer to join our U.S. team.

Use MAGMASOFT software daily to deliver insights and solutions to non-ferrous customers, with travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. You will be cross-trained in other casting processes, grow the customer base through technical expertise and sales activities, and collaborate with Application Managers on new opportunities.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in non-ferrous casting, in process/quality engineering or tooling design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engineers to executives.
Willingness to travel and support sales, engineering projects, and education services.

Responsibilities

Use MAGMASOFT daily to deliver insights and solutions to non-ferrous customers.
Cross-trained in other casting processes, e.g., high pressure die casting.
Grow and support the customer base through technical expertise and sales activities.
Collaborate with Application Managers on new sales opportunities.
Create and present technical materials for internal meetings, customer presentations, trainings, and conferences.
Lead and support engineering projects and educational workshops.
Serve as a technical spokesperson in marketing videos for social media.
Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally up to 25%.
