Job summary

MAGMA is seeking a Steel Application Engineer for our U.S. team to leverage MAGMASOFT software for steel customer insights and project leadership. You will train and support customers, collaborate on sales opportunities, and present technical materials at meetings and conferences.

The role requires 3–6 years in steel casting, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Located in the Kentucky region with full benefits and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in the steel casting world (sand or investment casting).
• Strong communicator with ability to present to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Operate MAGMASOFT daily to deliver insights to Steel customers.
• Grow and support customers through technical expertise and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Application Managers on new sales opportunities.
