Grow Early Learning in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Non-Federal Share/CACFP Specialist. The role tracks in-kind contributions, prepares CACFP documentation, and guides staff across states on allowable match and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities include ensuring documentation accuracy, providing technical assistance, and maintaining systems and calendars for CACFP claims and non-federal share reporting. In-office position in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with three (3) years of fiscal operations or CACFP/Head Start support.
• Experience with non-federal share, in-kind contributions, and grant documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day tracking, documentation, monitoring, and reporting of non-federal share contributions across programs, states, and sites.
• Maintain non-federal share records and supporting documentation for review.
• Review documentation for completeness and allowability; prepare recommendations for Finance leadership.
• Escalate unallowable contributions to supervisor; do not approve or certify match.
• Assist with reconciling non-federal share to internal reports and grant budgets.
• Monitor progress toward non-federal share and communicate trends to Finance leadership.
• Follow up to obtain missing or corrected documentation for support.
• Prepare reports and packets for internal review and audit requests.
