Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a CACFP Compliance Specialist to oversee CACFP/Federal Food program implementation across assigned states. You will guide field operators to ensure USDA and state regulations are met while training Directors and school management teams.

This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong background in CACFP, tracking reimbursements, audits, and corrective actions. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with experience in Early Childhood

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education, Food Service, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CACFP compliance across assigned states with guidance to field operators.
• Prepare and manage annual CACFP management plans and contracts; maintain CACFP records.
• Deliver state CACFP training to Directors and school management teams.
• Conduct monitor visits to ensure program compliance; track billing and reimbursements.
• Support audits and corrective action plans; collaborate with state CACFP representatives.
