Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp in Raleigh, NC seeks a CACFP Specialist to coordinate non-federal share tracking and CACFP documentation. This in-office role supports Finance and program staff across states, ensuring accurate in-kind contributions and compliant records.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or related field and at least three years of fiscal operations or CACFP experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 3+ years in fiscal operations, grants or CACFP support.
• Experience with non-federal share, in-kind documentation, or Head Start fiscal requirements preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tracking, documentation, and reporting of non-federal share contributions across programs and states.
• Maintain non-federal share records and supporting documentation for traceability and review.
• Review submissions for correctness, valuation, and required information for Finance oversight.
