Job summary

MTM, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Drivers to provide safe, reliable transportation for passengers. Training classes start weekly and shifts include weekends. You will load/unload passengers, assist with mobility devices, and ensure on-time pickups while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

A DOT-compliant pre-employment process is required for eligibility. We offer comprehensive benefits and a casual dress environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• Must pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigation.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over the age of 65 including a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and excellent customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off of passengers.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections; complete paperwork as required.
