Job summary

KETCH is hiring a Non-CNA DSP/Caregiver in Wichita, Kansas. This full-time role supports adults with developmental disabilities in group home settings, including personal care, transportation, and daily living activities. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required; orientation is two weeks.

Requirements for a Non-CNA DSP:

• High school diploma or accredited GED
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less
• Work experience or knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is beneficial, but not required
• CNA, CMA, HHA, Caregiver or Direct Support experience is beneficial, but not required
• Able to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation
