Insight Industry LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental challenges in the Kansas City area. Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, and community integration.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver's license. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay range of $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

These individuals have the ability to live in their own space and our company supports them with activities of daily living in an Independence Supported Living setting (ISL).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Working on individual goals
• Meal preparation and planning
• Medication administration.
• Community integration and outings
• Accompanying individuals to appointments
• Other job tasks as assigned
• Drive consumers to and from programs, schools, and appointments as needed
• Shift Documentation
• Med level 1 responsibilities

Qualifications:
