Job summary

AutoNation, one of the nation’s leading automotive retailers, is seeking a Non-Certified Technician at our Florida location. You will inspect and service vehicles on delivery, perform minor repairs, and place cars in saleable condition, with training and OEM certification support provided.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude for hands-on work.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for safety and cosmetic defects on delivery.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to place vehicles in saleable condition.
• Test basic systems (engine, brakes, steering) and ensure proper operation.
• Assists in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance.
