Job summary

AutoNation in Maryland is seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, in line with dealer and factory standards, and to build customer loyalty through trusted service.

You will communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, and participate in factory training and OEM certification programs, with a path to advancement across service, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and training classes.
