Complete Care at Green Acres is hiring for a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our CNA class program. Classes start January 2027; you can work while you study. Full-time shift opportunities are available, with potential for pay increases upon CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
