Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis for a 7am-3pm shift, with a flexible, on-site environment in Clark, NJ.

As a CNA you will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily care, report changes to nursing staff, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to a caring, respectful community.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Jersey.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity and quality of life.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
