Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our resident-focused care teams in New Jersey. All experience levels welcome, including new CNA graduates, with opportunities across full-time, part-time and weekend shifts.

You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, document updates, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of New Jersey.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Provide timely and accurate patient updates and documentation.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote a positive and supportive environment.
