• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in New Jersey.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with supplies like blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
