Complete Care is hiring non-certified Nursing Assistants to join our CNA class program in New Jersey. Classes start January 2027. You can work while you study and pursue CNA certfication.

We offer full-time shift opportunities, benefits after successful completion of the CNA class, and a path to wage increases upon CNA certification. Weekend shift differentials and 401(k) with PTO are available for full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
