Job summary

Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is hiring non-certified nursing assistants to join our CNA class program. Classes are scheduled to start in January 2027, and you can work while you study to gain experience.

Upon successful CNA class completion, we offer paid CNA class, full-time shift opportunities, and potential pay increases after certification. Benefits include medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO, plus weekend shift differentials and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in New Jersey.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
