Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver to deliver materials to customers while loading/unloading and adhering to DOT regulations. You will maintain accurate delivery tickets and support returns processing.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm with overtime as needed. Expect competitive hourly pay, a Safe Driver incentive, and a benefits package, plus opportunities for growth within this Fortune 500 distributor.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
Must maintain/obtain a valid DOT medical card per driver requirements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Background in warehouse/logistics is a plus.
Strong communication with a customer focus.
Able to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure delivery paperwork accuracy.
Pickup customer returns and verify product for credits.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed; report issues to supervisor.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Assist with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, staging and stocking materials.
