You will support returns processing, inspections, and safety procedures while working with warehouse staff to prepare orders. The role requires a valid CDL-like driving capability with a DOT medical card, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort using basic technology such as iPads.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and ensure delivery ticket accuracy.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product matches for credits.
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections; fuel vehicle; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse team with pulling/packing orders and receiving stock as needed.
• Work overtime as required and adhere to safety PPE requirements.
