The Role

You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

Essential Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused attitude with colleagues
• Professionally maintain, reliably use and keep safe equipment
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications

• Be 23 years old or older
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and medical card; Interstate qualification and registration
• Demonstrated ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, ability to read and understand English; satisfactory driving record
