Job summary

Cheerwine in Leland, NC is seeking a NON-CDL Delivery Driver (Class C/D). This full-time role supports daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment and includes training. You will service store routes, place products, and ensure accurate order check-in under a flux pay structure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Service customers assigned to the route based on the scheduled time-stopped ranking. Must adapt to any changes in work assignments as well as support organizational restructuring efforts.


• Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by the trade/customer when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp) with the customer.


• Place the product in our designated area and/or move the pallet display directly to the floor.


• Pick up all shells/flats, returned pallets, and damaged or out-of-date products.


• Merchandise assigned stops as scheduled per management.


• Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales team and delivery team.


• Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management.
