Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii seeks a Server Assistant to join the NOIO team, delivering warm, personalized service in a fast-paced lounge and omakase dining experience. You will support servers, greet guests, and help with food delivery, setup, and upkeep of stations.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Legal US work authorization is required; on-site benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support servers with attentive, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally while delivering personalized hospitality.
• Serve food and beverages and describe menu selections confidently.
• Assist with food delivery from kitchen and ensure meals are presented accurately.
• Stock linens, china, silverware, glassware and service stations to Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare condiments, garnishes and mise en place for service.
• Reset and clean tables and dining areas during service.
• Assist with buffet, station and dining room setup and breakdown.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.

NOIO SERVER ASSISTANT

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Server Assistant to join the team at NOIO, our oceanfront Japanese sushi lounge and omakase dining experience. NOIO showcases the artistry of Japanese cuisine through expertly prepared sushi, sashimi, and seasonally inspired dishes featuring the freshest locally sourced seafood and premium ingredients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to creating memorable dining experiences through genuine care and attention to detail. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the dining room team while ensuring every guest experiences the warm, personalized service that defines Four Seasons.

What You'll Do

• Supporting Restaurant Servers with attentive, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience.


• Greeting guests warmly and professionally while delivering the personalized hospitality for which Four Seasons is known.


• Serving food and beverages while confidently describing menu selections and presentations.


• Assisting with food delivery from the kitchen and ensuring meals are presented accurately and efficiently.


• Stocking and maintaining linens, china, silverware, glassware, and service stations to Four Seasons standards.


• Preparing condiments, garnishes, and mise en place for service.


• Resetting, cleaning, and maintaining tables and dining areas throughout service.


• Assisting with buffet, station, and dining room setup and breakdown.


• Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests while creating meaningful connections with guests.


• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.

What To Bring

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage


• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service experience preferred.


• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or related experience required.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Ability to safely carry trays and transport food and beverage items.


• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.


• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
