Job summary

You will align maintenance programs, KPI delivery and reliability engineering to maximize uptime while partnering with client and site leaders.

You will mentor leaders, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and ensure safety-program compliance, reporting progress in weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with Material Handling and Industrial Automation in a 24x7 logistics environment.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 23–34 sites and coordinate maintenance across shifts.
• Proven track record delivering KPI achievement and reliability engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operations across 23–34 sites and ensure 24x7 coverage.
• Establish communication protocols and manage escalations for critical issues.
• Monitor portfolio-wide performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach and develop leaders within the sites.
