Acloché LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our nocturnist team in Dothan, Alabama. The selected candidate will provide overnight care to hospitalized adults and collaborate with physicians to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role features a 12-hour night shift (8:00 PM–8:00 AM) with autonomy within a physician-led team and a supportive hospital environment dedicated to high-quality care.

Formación

• Must hold NP or PA licensure and board certification.
• Experience in inpatient, hospitalist, critical care, emergency, or acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 12-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Deliver comprehensive hospital-based care to adult patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and cross-coverage duties.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging results.
• Adjust medications and treatments as required for patient care.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions overnight.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and hospital leadership to enhance patient care quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication of patient activities.
