Job summary

Amazon’s NOC Transportation Specialist role in Central Operations supports route planning, scheduling, and payments for LATAM and AMET regions. You will resolve customer escalations, analyze historic results, and drive improvements to visibility tools and processes to increase data granularity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated leadership with a bias towards action and ownership.
• Collaborative management with remote and local management teams; clear communication.
• Strong understanding of process improvement techniques.
