Job summary

ASSPL - Telangana - D82 is seeking a Transportation Specialist to support the NOC operations within Amazon's Supply Chain network, covering LATAM and AMET regions. You will coordinate route plans, scheduling and payments for last-mile stations, and drive data-driven improvements to increase visibility and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal customers (CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, HR).
• Provide clear and concise written and verbal communications and messaging.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, mediation and problem-resolution skills.
• Show leadership with ownership and learning bias.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and local management teams.
• Review and update SOPs; assist with execution duties and training as needed.
• Handle incoming work requests within standard SLAs.
• Provide direction using independent judgment.
• Conduct regular audits for engagement and standard work adherence.
• Assist in shift execution with shift managers.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
