Job summary

CACI is hiring a Network Operations Center (NOC) specialist for Tier 1/2 support across CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will coordinate with NOC/Operations teams, apply patching, and assist with upgrades and incident resolution.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, IAT II certification, and extensive experience with routers, switches, and UC networks. Strong problem solving and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
• DOD 8570 IAT II certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform system patching and IAVA patches to network routers and switches.
• Perform IOS and software upgrades.
• Draft SOPs for network operations.
• Troubleshoot network and UC-related accessibility issues.
• Monitor network performance and produce capacity reports.
• Coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions across NOC/ops.
• Update knowledge articles and entering solutions in the database.
• Support network implementation and technical refresh projects.
• Work independently with supervision in some locations.
