Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting data networks and end‑user devices.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-users with network and performance issues.
• Provide guidance and training to Tier 1 support.
• Handle incoming calls and meet service level goals.
• Troubleshoot WiFi and Ethernet in the local area network.
• Support Field Technicians and educate Tier 1.
• Maintain a customer‑first attitude and escalate where needed.
