TECHEAD is seeking an entry-level NOC Technician (or Network Technician). This role suits candidates new to IT but with a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cable runs and assist with network cable installations.
• Support basic network switch configuration and troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier 2 Helpdesk support to internal users.
• Monitor and report on system performance and issues.
• Assist with Windows system management and Microsoft 365 administration (preferred but not required).
• Follow established IT processes and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Power-user familiarity with computers.
• Scripting or automation exposure is a plus.
• Understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in non-IT roles with a customer service focus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT.
• Reliable and able to work full-time onsite.
