WebstaurantStore’s IT Network Operations Center (NOC) is seeking a NOC Technician in Smoketown, PA. You will monitor network, server, application, and security platforms, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution while serving as the central point of communication between support teams and impacted business users.

The role emphasizes learning, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement, with weekend shifts on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor dashboards, alerts, and software to identify issues.
• Document trends to proactively prevent problems.
• Maintain reporting of network data such as bandwidth usage and uptime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to establish troubleshooting protocols.
• Monitor IT Security Dashboards and respond to security events.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues.
• Escalate downtime events with appropriate urgency.
• Bridge communication between IT teams and end users to resolve issues.
