Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a PM Network Operational Monitoring professional to provide first-line network support outside regular business hours. You will coordinate with Commonwealth staff, vendors, and IT teams to ensure prompt resolution of IT/Network issues.

Responsibilities include monitoring remote sites, logging incidents in ServiceNow, escalating priorities, and communicating status updates to end users with clarity and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.

• Experience with incident management, call tracking, and ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls concerning network issues from Commonwealth employees and vendors.
• Create and escalate ServiceNow trouble tickets to Engineers and third-party providers.
• Monitor and maintain network status using established tools; coordinate restoration of service.
