Job summary

Entarian is seeking a highly skilled NOC Specialist to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the meshONE-T capability, supporting USAF and USSF missions. This role oversees the ground component of a 24x7 NOC, with a focus on proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and collaboration across engineering and mission partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with at least 3 years of network operations experience.
• 3+ years in a network operations role, preferably in a NOC environment.
• Hands-on with network monitoring tools: SolarWinds, NetBrain, ngEnius, Nagios, PRTG.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and security issues; lead complex investigations.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate network issues; manage SLAs.
• Lead incident management and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize network hardware, software, configurations.
• Generate detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with network engineers and vendors to align with goals.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
