AlmaVia of San Francisco is seeking a Med Tech/NOC Shift Supervisor to join our memory care and assisted living community. You will prepare and pass medications, document administration, and maintain logs in our electronic system while ensuring timely, safe delivery of medications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Med Tech training and state certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification current.
• Minimum six months in long-term care or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and passes medications as ordered by a physician.
• Documents administration or refusal in required format.
• Maintains logs and uses electronic system for records.
• Reorders meds and ensures on-time refills.
• Follows medication policies for storage, documentation and disposal.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
