Position Overview

We are looking for a NOC Shift Supervisor who also manages Medication Administration, serving as the Medication Aide/Med Tech on our assisted living and memory care community.

Salary

$24.50-$26.00 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medication for residents as ordered by a physician, reporting medication errors, side effects, or problems to supervisor or physician.
• Document medication administration or refusal in the required format and style.
• Maintain documentation and communication logs in accordance with required procedures, using electronic systems as appropriate.
• Reorder medications as needed, following appropriate protocols, and ensure timely refills.
• Order labs as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in long‑term care, home care, or a related field.
• Working experience with computerized point‑of‑care and other health‑care systems.
• Successful completion of a Med Tech Training program and Medication Aide/Med Tech certification in the state.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and other pre‑employment testing as required by state (may include fingerprinting and/or pre‑employment physical).
