Job summary

You will manage incident response, coordinate with Tier 3 engineers, enforce ITIL-based processes, and coach the team. Requires 3+ years in 24/7 operations, 1+ year in supervision, and eligibility for a U.S. Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 24/7 operations, triage, and ticket management.
• 1+ year guiding, mentoring, or supervising junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all NOC activities during the shift.
• Distribute workload and prioritize incident tickets.
• Monitor network health dashboards and alerts.
• Escalate and coordinate major incidents with Tier 3 engineers.
• Maintain SOPs and ITIL-based processes.
• Prepare daily/shift performance reports.
