Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a CBP Background Investigation/clearance.

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Tier 1 NOC technicians during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues.
• Maintain operational efficiency and network stability.
• Provide technical guidance and escalate complex issues.
