Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking a NOC SHIFT CAREGIVER at Westmont of Morgan Hill to assist residents with daily activities and care needs in a supportive senior living setting.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, meals, mobility, and personal care while maintaining a safe, clean environment and reporting changes to supervisors. The role offers competitive pay, daily pay options, benefits after 30 days, and growth opportunities through training.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care is preferred.
• Ability to keep residents' living areas clean and safe.
• Willingness to learn and follow resident service plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, and serving meals.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and report any changes to the supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
