Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Direct and coordinate nursing staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Prepare reports and communicate with the Director of Nursing and other leadership on issues affecting resident care.
• Participate in discharge planning, quality assurance, and compliance activities.
• Provide direct nursing care when needed and oversee medication administration and safety.
