Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating nursing service policies and procedures.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and all staff follow its content.
• Make reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
