Job summary

Sunset Villa Post Acute in Long Beach, CA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a full-time day shift (7am-3pm). You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily nursing activities, maintaining nursing service procedures, charting, medication administration, and coordinating with other team members to plan and discharge care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LVN/LPN license and be eligible to practice in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and coordination with the healthcare team.
