Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care and rounds.
• Supervise and mentor LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call signals and emergencies.
• Provide reports and maintain documentation per policy.
• Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Communicate with physicians and families about care and changes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Assist with admissions and collaboration with other departments.
