Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services is seeking an RN Staff Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.

The role requires an accredited RN program graduate, active state license in good standing, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Daily duties include admissions, rounds, and care planning with a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize clinical data to develop a nursing plan of care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and practices to ensure care quality.
• Willingness to work with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities
