Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing operations processes and tools.
• Experience with Enterprise Operations Center execution and ITSM tool suites (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Remedy).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
