Job summary

RACOM seeks a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead our 24/7 support for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, coordinating the NOC team and filling in as NOC operator when needed.

This role requires collaboration with operators, internal stakeholders, customers and vendors to ensure reliable communications, develop standards, generate reports, and keep critical services available for first responders and utilities.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience as manager or 4 years as a NOC operator and/or similar experience.
• Soft skills: excellent communication, written and verbal; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Team management: supervise and train NOC personnel for 24/7 coverage.
• Process optimization: develop and maintain standards and guidelines across teams.
• Customer support: serve as NOC operator when needed and assist during peak hours.
• Report generation: prepare incident, outage, and maintenance reports.
• Collaboration: coordinate with operators, internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
