Job summary

Lyte Fiber is seeking an experienced NOC Supervisor to oversee daily NOC operations, schedule workload, assign tasks, and monitor tickets to meet network KPIs and SLAs. The role requires strong communication and leadership to guide a technical team in incident response and ongoing improvements.

You will develop procedures, mentor staff, participate in hiring and training, and provide after-hours on-call support to resolve outages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a NOC supervisory or leadership role.
• Minimum 5+ years in NOC experience with event/alert, incident and change mgmt in an XGS-PON based network delivering FTTX.
• On-site work overseeing the team’s operations and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, schedule workload, and assign tasks and tickets to meet SLAs.
• Develop network health and KPI reports; monitor performance.
• Lead and mentor team, drive training and process improvements.
• Provide after-hours on-call support to resolve outages.
• Assist with hiring and training of new personnel; conduct remedial training as needed.
• Review and monitor performance reports to prevent degradations and outages.
