Job summary

Acuative Corporation in Strongsville, OH is seeking an NOC Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our network infrastructure, ensuring stable and reliable services during the shift. You will oversee NOC Analysts and Technicians, prioritize workload, and escalate issues as needed.

The role requires a 3+ year background in 24/7 operations, a degree in IT or related field, and the ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years in a 24/7 operations environment, triage, and ticket management.
Minimum 1+ year guiding or supervising junior staff.
Strong verbal and written communication for shift handovers and incident reporting.
Ability to obtain U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
Solid understanding of network monitoring tools, TCP/IP, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day NOC activities during the assigned shift.
Review and assign all incoming work, ensuring proper prioritization and timely resolution.
Monitor dashboards and alerts to maintain network health and SLA targets.
Escalate complex issues and coordinate with Tier 3 engineers during incidents.
Lead shift handovers and ensure accurate incident documentation.
