Qualifications

• NOC/production support experience required, preferably in banking/brokerage.
• Shift Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–12:00 AM in Weehawken, NJ.
• Experience with SevOne NMS and Cisco/Arista devices.
• Strong communication and incident management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client network and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide support and escalate network events per SOP.
• Join outage calls and coordinate with engineering during incidents.
• Coordinate and perform data center installation and configuration tasks.
• Maintain shift logs and report to the NOC Lead and stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot problems.
